Understanding the Dashboard

Understand the Jurny platform dashboard. Learn with real-time insights, enhancing decision-making and maximizing the platform's potential for a streamlined and productive experience.


Getting Started

The dashboard will give you some quick insights from the most recent inbox messages to the closest reservations, and the revenue you got from the bookings. 


Revenue section

Starting with the Revenue section, you can select the data range that you most prefer.

The options that you will find are this month, last quarter, last 6 months, and this year.

As the following image shows, you can get a quick overview of different types of data which are Revenue, Bookings, Inquiries, Occupancy percentage, ADR, RevPar, and the Source from where your bookings are happening. 


Reservations Section

This section will allow you to see the most recent reservations, the property that was booked, the name of the guest, the number of guests, the check-in and check-out date, and the status of the reservation.

You can also see the Current Guests, Today's Arrivals, and Today's Departures. 

Clicking one of the reservations will take you to the reservation details!


Inquiries section

From here, you can click on each message to see further details! You will be taken to the direct conversation in the Inbox section.
