      How can I copy my Pricelabs Pricing to my new Jurny listings?

      Do you have an existing PriceLabs account and want to use the same account in Jurny? Or maybe you connected PriceLabs with Airbnb/Vrbo but now use a PMS. You can now easily copy your pricing strategy by following the steps below.

       

      Step 1. Integrate your Pricelabs account to Jurny by following the steps to this guide. How to connect my Pricelabs account?. This step will add listings from Jurny & you'll still have listings from your old PMS.

       

      Step 2. Copy settings (base/min/max, date-level adjustments, listing-level customizations) from the listings in the old PMS to the corresponding listing from Jurny by mapping the old and new listings with each other. See this article on mapping listings for the instructions to map and more information on this. Once mapped, review the recommended prices of your new listings and make sure they are similar to the old listings (you can use the multi-calendar to do this quickly).

      1. Please make the old PMS your parent listing, and Jurny will be the child listing. This will ensure all your settings from the parent (Old PMS) are copied over to the child (Jurny). For this, please click on "MAP"  button on the pricing dashboard page.
      2. If you have any account-level customizations on your old PMS, they should be transferred manually to Jurny.  
      3. If you have tags and groups assigned to your old PMS listings, you need to assign tags and groups to your Jurny listings manually.
      4. If you are migrating from one PMS to Jurny, please make sure to get the historical data from the old PMS imported into Jurny. This way we would be able to keep your Portfolio data accurate.
      Step 3. Turn ON sync for the new Jurny listings. Click the “Sync now!” button (at the listing level or the account level) and after a few minutes, check your Jurny calendar to see if your PriceLabs rates appear there.
       
      Step 4. If prices in your Jurny account look good, turn the sync off for listings from the old PMS. The new system should send the prices we update to all the channels from then on.
       
      Step 5. Once your listing's historical reservation data has been imported to Jurny, you can remove your old PMS listings from PriceLabs. If the data hasn't been imported to your Jurny yet, keep your old PMS listings on your PriceLabs account to maintain access to historical reservations in Portfolio Analytics.
      Follow these steps to remove your listings:
      1. First switch OFF the 'sync prices' toggle.
      2. Then 'Unmap' them using the steps mentioned here.
      3. Once unmapped, you can now remove the old listings from your account. Please follow the steps here: How to Remove listing(s) from Your Dashboard

      Billing after transitioning: Since Pricelabs counts for unique listings, synced during a billing period, your invoice will likely have double the listing count. When you get your invoice, please email them at support@pricelabs.co & they will amend it to only reflect the listings from one system.
