When successfully syncing rates to Jurny listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates & minimum stay restrictions. It only takes a few minutes to connect your Jurny account to PriceLabs.
Importing Jurny listings in PriceLabs:
Step 1 : Create a PriceLabs account and Add your listings
Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”
A popup window will appear and allow you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “Jurny”. Then be sure to check “Allow Jurny to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click Save
Step 2: Connect & setup in Jurnyaccount
- Login to your Jurny account and go to Smart Pricing >> PriceLabs
3. Provide your PriceLabs registered email ID under 'User Token' and your PriceLabs API key under 'CUSTOMER API KEY' if you want to manage base, minimum, and maximum prices directly from Jurny (this is optional). Click 'Save Changes' to apply.
This CUSTOMER API KEY is optional. This allows Jurny to use the functionality for updating the Base Price, Minimum Price, and Maximum Price. However, please note that enabling Customer API from PriceLabs will cost additional API charges. You can skip this part and leave the CUSTOMER API KEY section blank if you wish to avoid the API charges and simply update your Base Price, Minimum Price, and Maximum Price directly in PriceLabs.
4. After this, you will see listings in your PriceLabs account.
Please note:
- Only listings with 'Smart Pricing' turned ON in Jurny will sync prices. You can enable it by going to Listings >> Rental Rates in Jurny.
2. The option to set the minimum, base, and maximum prices will only be visible if you have provided the PriceLabs API key in Jurny.
It might take up to 2 hours for listings to appear in PriceLabs if you have connected to Jurny for the first time
Step 3: Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs
Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, and then set a minimum and base price.
To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh. When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once.
Once you have successfully imported your listings, you can go through our Getting Started guide or join one of our live onboarding training sessions during office hours to get a good overview of the system and all of the available customizations.
