How to connect to Travelstaytion?

Embark on a journey of seamless hosting as Jurny collaborates with TravelStaytion, your gateway to instant bookings.


Getting Started

The connection with Travelstaytion doesn't require an account created. You will be able to create your account in the process. To proceed, go to the Distribution section on the left menu (or click here). 

  • In the Distribution section, open the distribution account created.

  • Select Travelstaytion.
  • and follow the steps that are presented there to finish the connection.

If you haven't created your Distribution account and pushed your listings to your Distribution account, please, follow this step-by-step guide before proceeding.

The onboarding can take up to 7 working days, however, it depends on how much time Travelstaytion takes to reply to your emails and provide you with all the required assistance.


How does it work?

Travelstaytion accepts multi-unit properties, however, they will publish them as individual listings. Jurny will sync the calendars, the pricing, the listing info, the photos, the messages, and the bookings.

Once a booking is made from Travelstaytion, you will receive an email with the confirmation, and the reservation will appear automatically on Jurny.

To be eligible you need to meet certain requirements which are explained below.

  • A description of a minimum of 400 characters.
  • A 20-character title. 
  • At least 15 photos (all of them need to be high-quality).
  • Have a minimum of 10 choices of amenities.
  • A name, a category, arrangements, and the full address with coordinates. 
  • Having the apartment unit size in m2, beds, and bed types information.
  • Define the number of bathrooms available.
  • Having a minimum stay defined.

If your units meet these requirements, you are good to start with the connection!

All changes on the reservation will need to be done directly on Travelstaytion's dashboard.


Commissions, cancelations, and payments

TravelStaytion takes a 15% commission from your rates. You can set a markup in the setup process to cover this fee. This markup will be added to the nightly rate.

If you cancel a reservation, the OTA will charge a 15% cancelation fee and it will decrease the rating of your listing. To avoid this, you need to reach out to the OTA when a cancelation is needed and provide them with all the relevant information, including a valid reason. You can reach out to them at partners@travelstaytion.com.

The payment will be taken by Travelstaytion. They will process the payment to your Stripe account 24-48 hours after the guest checks in.
