The connection doesn't require an account as you will be able to create one in the process. To proceed, go to the Distribution section on the left menu (or click here).

In the Distribution section, open the distribution account created.

If you haven't created your Distribution account and pushed your listings to your Distribution account, please, follow this step-by-step guide before proceeding.
Please, be advised that Hopper only works for the US and Canada.
The connection can take up to 7 business days. However, this time can vary depending on Hopper's processes and support time.
Am I eligible to list my properties on Hopper?
Hopper allows bookings up to 28 nights, ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. There's no minimum stay required, offering flexibility, and all properties must feature a kitchen and a private room to be eligible for the Hopper experience.
Can I ask for a reservation request?
Nope. Hopper embraces the magic of instant bookings – a swift and seamless process. It is a one-click confirmation, ensuring a smooth experience for both you and your guests.
Syncing time
Syncing with Hopper takes around 24 to 48 hours, all information, pricing details, and other essentials gracefully sync between Jurny and Hopper, ensuring both platforms are on the same page.
Cancellation Procedures
Navigating cancellations is as simple as sending a postcard. If you need to cancel, a form or a direct message to homestx@hopper.com with detailed information is all it takes – no complicated steps, just clear communication.
How am I going to receive my payments?
Guests are charged through Hopper, and a virtual credit card arrives. It's like receiving a virtual concert ticket – valid for 7 days after the booking is created. However, this money will land in your Stripe account. No action is required!
