Embark on a journey of seamless hosting with Jurny and AltoVita, your dynamic hosting duo! Consider Jurny your backstage manager, ensuring that every detail aligns perfectly with AltoVita.
Getting Started
The connection with Booking.com requires a Booking.com account created. If you don't have an active account yet, please, create one here. If you already have an account, please, go to the Distribution section on the left menu (or click here).
-
In the Distribution section, open the distribution account created.
- Select Altovita.
- Follow the instructions to finish the connection.
If you haven't created your Distribution account and pushed your listings to your Distribution account, please, follow this step-by-step guide before proceeding.
If you have an account, reach out to altovita at partners@altovita.com, If you don't, fill out the form that appears once you start the process. - They will ask you what channel manager you are using and put RentalsUnited there.
The onboarding time can take up to 7 business days depending on Altovita's availability.
Am I eligible to list my properties in Altovita?
AltoVita requires a minimum of 5 single units, ensuring a delightful array of options for guests. If you meet this requirement, you will be eligible!
How does it work?
Jurny will sync the calendar, the photos, the listing content, the pricing, and the availability with Altovita. However, all bookings will appear only in Altovita. You won't be able to see the reservations or the messages in Jurny.
All reservations will come via email. Altovita will send you an email each time a guest wants to book one of your units. You will have 24 hours to reply to that email and confirm or reject the reservation. If you don't reply within 24 hours, Altovita will drop the reservation.
If you miss multiple emails from Altovita, they will drop your project. And you will need to follow the process again to start a connection with them.
Syncing Updates and Best Practices
Updates take up to 48 hours to reflect. Best practices include creating a manual reservation on Jurny for direct customer communication and adding a personal touch to the hosting experience.

Commissions and Cancelations
Commissions are the royalties for your hosting performance. For longer stays, AltoVita takes a 5% cut, while for stays up to 90 days, it's a 9% fee.
The cancellation involves selecting a policy during the AltoVita account setup, but you can ask for their support on how to avoid cancellation fees.
How am I going to receive my payments?
Altovita leads the process of payments, charging guests, and performing a payment to your account within 7 days after check-in. Remember that they might ask for a 30-day credit as standard – a small request for a grand performance.
