Getting Started
Think of Jurny as your property's superhero and HomeToGo as its trusty sidekick, working together seamlessly to ensure your hosting experience is smooth and stress-free.
Connecting to HomeToGo
The connection with HomeToGo doesn't require an account with them. You will be able to create one later. To continue, go to the Distribution section on the left menu (or click here).

In the Distribution section, open the distribution account created.
- Select HomeToGo.
- Follow the steps that appear there to complete the connection.
If you haven't created your Distribution account and pushed your listings to your Distribution account, please, follow this step-by-step guide before proceeding.
Confirmations for reservations and reservations will appear on Jurny. Please, be advised that you won't be able to see this information on HomeToGo. This applies to the cancelations as well.
The connection can take around 7 business days. However, it can vary based on HomeToGo support as the connection requires assistance from them.
How it works?
Great question! The connection with HomeToGo will make all the information appear in your Jurny account. This means that whenever you get a booking from HomeToGo, the calendar will be blocked automatically, and the listing content, pricing, and the availability will be synced.
Please, be advised that HomeToGo won't open an owner's dashboard. Everything will be handled directly in Jurny.
Commission Structure
Imagine your property as a bustling marketplace. For each "sale" (booking), HomeToGo takes a percentage as its fee. In the US, it's like a friendly neighbor asking for 14%, and for international guests, it's 15%.
Setting up markup is like adding a bit of flair to your product. In this case, it's a small additional charge to cover the services provided. If you don't want to be hurt by these commissions, we give you the option to add a markup.
Dashboard Management
Think of Jurny as the control center for your property. No need to juggle between dashboards; Jurny is your all-in-one tool, helping you keep track of bookings, confirmations, and cancellations without the need for multiple screens.

The cancellation policy will be always flexible.
Booking Flow
When a guest decides to stay, your property's calendar automatically blocks off those dates. This is called an Instant Booking. It's like a seat reservation on a train – once booked, it's taken, ensuring your property is ready and waiting.
Payment Collection
HomeToGo is your payment messenger. They collect the payment from the guest and, like a reliable courier, deliver it to your account 24 hours after the guest checks in.
Canceling a reservation
If a guest needs to cancel or if you need to cancel this reservation, you let HomeToGo know by sending a friendly email to partnersupport@hometogo.com – they'll handle the rest.
Pricing Sync
After you update your pricing, It takes a bit of time – up to 48 hours – to ensure everything is synced! This will start after your last update.
