Getting Started
Adding a new payment takes no time! However, please, be advised that if you want to charge your customer, you will need to add a credit card if there's no credit card attached to the guest account.

How to add a new payment?
Go to the Reservations section.
From there, click on the preferred reservation, and go to the Payments and Refunds tab. Then, click on the Add New button under the Payments & Refunds section at the very bottom.
The following pop-up window will appear.
From there, you need to add each field and select the payment method. This menu will give you multiple options.
Regardless of the payment method, you will need to mark the payment as paid manually.
To do this, click on the three-dot menu after you created the payment, and click on "collect".
If the credit card payment fails, you will need to collect the payment manually as explained previously, or add a new card.
For Airbnb users: If you need to add a new payment for an Airbnb booking, you need to send a payment request in Airbnb and collect the payment through Airbnb.
