If you are on a Free plan, you don't need to submit any cancelation requests. You just need to disconnect your Airbnb account from Jurny.

Why do we ask for this?
That's a fair concern. The reason we ask you to contact us is that disconnecting all features and integrations from your account is a little complex. We pay a recurrent subscription for each one of our customers, having said that, we need to notify our partners that the account will be disconnected as you are leaving our platform. Also, it gives us valuable feedback so we can improve our processes, platform, and experience for our next users!
