Custom rates are manually set prices for specific dates on your calendar. Unlike dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs or Wheelhouse, which automate pricing based on market trends, custom rates let you override these automated suggestions when needed. They take priority over any external pricing sync, meaning the rate you set manually will be the one displayed on all OTAs and direct booking channels.

Custom rates provide flexibility and control over your pricing. Here’s why they matter:

How to Create and Delete Custom Rates
Accessing the Pricing Calendar
First, navigate to the Calendar on the left-hand panel, then click on Pricing Calendar for a clearer view of your rates. From here, select the listing you want to update.
Creating a Custom Rate
1. Choose Your Creation Method
• Single Date Creation: Click on a specific date and remove the custom rate.
• Click & Drag Selection: Select multiple dates at once by clicking and dragging across the calendar.
• Date Range Tool: Use the start and end date selection for bulk creation.
2. Enter the Custom Rate
• In the pricing field, input the new rate you want to apply for the selected dates.
You can also set a minimum stay requirement when creating a custom rate.
3. Save the Changes
• Click on the Apply Custom Rate button to confirm the new pricing.
How to Delete Custom Rates
1. Choose Your Deletion Method
• Single Date Removal: Click on a specific date and remove the custom rate.
• Click & Drag Selection: Select multiple dates at once by clicking and dragging across the calendar.
• Date Range Tool: Use the start and end date selection for bulk removal.
2. Confirm Deletion
• Click on Remove Custom Rate to finalize the changes.
