Creating high-performing listings just got faster. The new AI Listing Optimizer helps you generate compelling titles and descriptions, intelligently reorder photos, translate content into multiple languages, and even optimize multiple listings at once—all in just a few clicks.

What's New

The AI Listing Optimizer and Photo Reordering Wizard simplify one of the most time-consuming parts of listing management. Instead of manually updating listing content and rearranging photos, you can now optimize everything in a guided workflow with just a few clicks.

New capabilities include:

  • Smarter Full Report – Selecting Full Report now opens directly to the title, description, and photo optimization tools.
  • Full listing performance insights - if you are already connected to Airbnb, the AI Listing Optimizer will give you full insights on your performance including reviews, policies or price settings that might be holding you back.
  • AI Photo Reordering Wizard – Automatically reorganize listing photos to showcase your property more effectively.
  • AI Content Generation – Instantly generate optimized listing titles and descriptions.
  • Built-in Language Translation – Translate titles and descriptions into supported languages with a single click.
  • Bulk Optimization – Optimize multiple listings simultaneously, including photo order, translations, and channel-specific listing content for Airbnb, VRBO, and other supported platforms.

Before You Start

Before using the Listing Optimizer, make sure that:

  • Your listings have already been created in Jurny.
  • Photos have been uploaded for each listing you want to optimize.
  • You're prepared to review the AI-generated recommendations before publishing them, especially during your first few uses.

Step 1: Open the Listing Optimizer

  • Log in to your Jurny account.
  • Navigate to the Listings tab.
  • Review the Listing Optimizer status displayed for each listing.

Step 2: Launch the Full Report

  • Locate the listing you'd like to optimize.
  • Click Full Report.
  • The report opens directly to the optimization workspace where you can edit titles, descriptions, and reorder photos in one location.

Step 3: Reorder Photos with the AI Wizard

  • From the Full Report, click Reorder Photos.
  • The AI Photo Reordering Wizard opens directly over your listing photos.
  • Follow the guided workflow to begin optimizing your photo order.

Step 4: Generate AI Titles & Descriptions

  • When prompted, choose whether you'd like AI to generate new listing content.
  • Select Yes to automatically create optimized titles and descriptions for your listing.

Step 5: Review or Automatically Apply Your Photo Order

  • Choose whether you'd like to:
    • Skip photo optimization, or
    • Allow AI to reorder your listing photos.
  • Decide whether to review the new photo order before publishing or apply it automatically.
  • If you choose to review the changes, allow approximately 50 seconds for the AI to generate the updated photo sequence.

Step 6: Apply Your Changes

  • Review the generated title, description, and photo order.
  • If you're satisfied with the results, click Apply Changes.

Step 7: Add Language Translations

  • Click Add Language.
  • Select your desired language (for example, Spanish).
  • Click Apply to generate translated titles and descriptions.

Tip: Language translation applies only to the content generated by the Listing Optimizer, such as titles and descriptions. It does not translate your entire listing.

Step 8: Optimize Multiple Listings

Save even more time by optimizing several listings simultaneously.

  • Return to the Listings Overview page.
  • Select the listings you'd like to optimize.
  • Click Optimize.
  • Select Start Optimization.

Jurny will automatically:

  • Reorder photos across all selected listings.
  • Apply your selected language translations.
  • Optimize titles and descriptions according to each channel's specific requirements, including Airbnb, VRBO, and other supported platforms.

After Optimization

Once the optimization process is complete, your listings will include:

  • AI-generated, optimized titles and descriptions.
  • Photos reordered to improve guest appeal.
  • Multi-language listing content (if selected).
  • Channel-specific optimizations tailored to each supported booking platform.
