Getting Started
Payment Schedules will work only for direct bookings. This means that each OTA has its way of adding the payment schedule, which you will learn in the setup guide of each one of them!

Set up Payment Schedules
To find the Payment Schedules section, you'd need to navigate on your left menu to the Setup > Booking & Payments.
How to set up my Payment Schedules?
The process is pretty straightforward. You will see a screen like this. Fill out the information taking into account the following bullets:
- Name - This is the internal name, it will be only displayed to you.
- Step - This section establishes when the first payment will be taken, you will have three options: Days before check-in, Days after booking, and At time of booking.
- Amount - This section establishes the amount that will be taken, you will have three options as well: 100%, Flat amount, and Percentage of Rent and Fees.
- 100% - will charge your customer the 100% of the payment.
- Flat amount - will display two more options, the amount that you want to charge and when the reminder should happen.
- Percentage of Rent and Fees - as the name says, it will display the percentage and when this money will be taken from the customer's payment method.
If you are not sure which option you should use, our suggestion is to always charge 100% when the booking happens. This will help you to avoid risks, incomplete payments, and further issues.
Your setup should look like this - At time of booking | 100%.
