What Is the Custom Email Senders Section?
The Custom Email Senders section lets you use your own email configuration instead of Jurny’s default settings. This means that when you send messages via email for direct bookings, your guests will see your email address and brand name, reinforcing your identity and professionalism.

How to Set It Up
1. Navigate to Setup:
Log in to your Jurny account and click on the Setup section.
2. Access Automatic Messages:
Click on Automatic Messages in the menu.
3. Go to Custom Email Senders:
Select Custom Email Senders from the options.
4. Add a New Configuration:
Click on the +Add Config button to start creating your custom email sender.
5. Enter Your Email Details:
• Host and Port Number: Retrieve these from your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
• Account Information: Input your email address and password.
• From Email and From Name: Enter the email and name you want your guests to see.
You can find these settings by checking the support center for Gmail, Outlook, or your chosen email provider.
6. Save Your Configuration:
Once all the details are entered, save your configuration. Then, set this mailer as the default for your account. That’s it!
