How to Reconnect Your Airbnb Account to Jurny

If your Airbnb account disconnects from Jurny, don’t worry—it’s easy to reconnect and get things running smoothly again.

Why Do Airbnb Accounts Disconnect?

Sometimes, Airbnb may lose connection with a PMS due to:

  • API security updates on Airbnb’s side

  • Changes in Airbnb login credentials

  • Inactivity or temporary sync errors

  • Airbnb asking hosts using a PMS (like Jurny) to reauthorize access

Note: When this happens, Airbnb might pause syncing listings, pricing, calendar updates, or reservations. Reconnecting your account restores full functionality.


When Should You Reconnect?

You should reconnect your Airbnb account if:

  • Jurny dashboard shows a sync error or disconnected status 

  • Airbnb asks you to reauthorize your PMS connection


How to Reconnect Your Airbnb Account in Jurny

It only takes a minute! Just follow these simple steps:

✅ Step 1: Log into Your Airbnb Account

Before starting in Jurny:

  1. Open a new browser tab.

  2. Go to airbnb.com and log into the Airbnb account you want to reconnect.

Tip: This ensures a smooth and secure link when Jurny redirects you to Airbnb.


✅ Step 2: Open the Distribution Settings in Jurny

  1. Log in to your Jurny dashboard.

  2. From the left-side menu, click “Distribution.”


✅ Step 3: Select and Reconnect Your Airbnb Account

  1. In the Distribution section, click on the Airbnb account.

  2. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it.

  3. Select “Reconnect Account.”

  4. You’ll be redirected to Airbnb—follow the prompts to authorize Jurny again.

Once completed, your Airbnb account will be fully reconnected to Jurny.


What Happens After Reconnecting?

Once your Airbnb account is reconnected:

  • Any lost or stuck connections will be restored

  • Calendar sync, pricing, and availability will update again

  • New reservations will flow back into Jurny

  • The system will resume automatic syncing without further action

Note: No need to manually re-import listings or reconfigure settings—everything will continue as before.
