How to enable NIA?

Empower your property management tasks with our AI Bot (NIA) on Jurny! Enabling NIA is a straightforward process, offering flexibility in how you interact with your guests.


Enabling NIA

Go to the NIA Guest Support section from your left menu.

From there, you will be presented with three different options.

Manual Mode:

  • Opt for Manual Mode if you prefer to have more control. In this mode, you manually request NIA to generate responses, giving you the flexibility to review and send messages as needed.

Assisted Response Mode:

  • Choose Assisted Response Mode for a more automated experience. NIA will provide message suggestions automatically, but you still have the freedom to tweak or customize the messages before sending them.

Fully Autonomous Mode (BETA):

  • Opt for Full Autonomous Mode if you want NIA to handle responses entirely. NIA will autonomously reply to messages, streamlining communication and saving you time.

NIA's Fully Autonomous Mode is still in BETA, which means that we are still tweaking it. For the best experience, we suggest using the Assisted Response Mode.


How can I see NIA in action?

Great question! Let's head to your inbox. 

As soon as you receive a message from your guests, NIA will be ready to work!

Just click on the Reply with NIA button, and the magic will happen.

NIA will take a few seconds to think of the best response for your guest.

After that, NIA will prompt the message to you. 

From there, you can edit the suggestion or send it! If you don't like it, you can always click the garbage icon and send the message manually.


Where else can NIA help?

Now you are impressed! NIA will help with your messages but also, NIA can help with your descriptions and summaries under your listings! 

Go to your listings, choose the preferred one, and scroll down until you see the Summary section. Click Edit and you will see that NIA is ready to assist.

Of course, you will be able to customize the summary if you don't like what NIA suggested, but you will be one step ahead already.

You can also find NIA at any time on your Jurny platform!

It will appear on the bottom right corner in case you need to ask NIA something related to Jurny.

If NIA doesn't know the response to your question, no worries, NIA will pass the information to our support team and one of our reps will reach out to you.


How to add FAQs to NIA?

If you want NIA to reply to questions that require a large and detailed response, you can add FAQs to NIA. NIA will learn from these FAQs and will share the exact information that you need to share with your guests.

Go to the Listings section.

Choose your preferred listing and go to the FAQs for NIA tab.

From there, you will see your added FAQs and the button to add a new FAQ.

Once you click on the Add FAQ button, you will be prompted with the question and the response.

If you save the response, you will be able to edit this or remove this by clicking on the created FAQ.

Please, be advised that you can have only 50 FAQs per unit.

If you want to copy the FAQs from another property, use the Copy FAQs from other unit button.
