Connecting to VRBO
The connection with VRBO requires a VRBO Distribution account created. Create the new VRBO account on the Distribution page in Jurny and complete the required information that VRBO needs.
- Feed your Listings to VRBO

- Go to each of your listings, click on the Distribution tab inside the listing, and add the VRBO distribution account that you just created to the listings one by one. Once you click on the “Add distribution Account button”, a box will appear with all your distribution accounts, and click “Connect” on the account you just created for VRBO.

Self-Onboarding on VRBO:
- Open your VRBO account in a separate tab within the same browser.
- Open the following link https://www.vrbo.com/p/onboard to initiate the self-onboarding process.

Complete Account Information as prompted.

Specify the number of units you intend to add to VRBO.

For the software, search for Jurny.

For the advertiser ID, go back to your Jurny account, go to the Distribution page from the left menu panel on your screen, and click the VRBO distribution account you created. Once you click it, this page below will show up and you have to copy the VRBO ID on this page and paste it into the onboarding page of VRBO where they are asking for the Advertiser ID.

Accept the terms and conditions and click continue.

Provide your credit card information. VRBO requires this information for their commission fees.
Important Note: Connecting to a Property Management System (PMS) prompts VRBO to request a payment processor, making this step crucial in the onboarding process.
After completing the self-onboarding link, you will receive an email from a VRBO onboarding specialist within 3 working days. When you get this email, please reply and CC your onboarding representative on the email. Your Jurny onboarding representative will complete the integration with the VRBO onboarding specialist.
After Integration Completion
- Once the VRBO integration is completed, all new bookings will automatically sync with your Jurny calendar.
Please, be advised that once you connect VRBO to Jurny, you will remit your taxes. And the commission plan will be automatically changed to 5% - Pay Per Booking.
All bookings that are booked before the integration is completed will not automatically sync to your Jurny calendar. To add these reservations to your Jurny account, you can request this from your Onboarding Representative.
Unifying your Inbox
Your inbox will be unified automatically once you complete the integration! No further action is needed here.
