Managing user access in Jurny allows you to collaborate efficiently and control the level of permissions each team member has. This guide walks you through adding users and assigning specific roles tailored to their responsibilities.

Adding Users
Go to Settings - Users. From there, click the Add User button that appears on the top-right corner of your screen.
A pop-up will appear.
Start populating the information based on your needs. You can send multiple invitations at the same time if you add multiple emails there separated by a comma.
Please, be advised that you can give each user access to specific buildings in case you are managing a large group of properties.
Then, you need to specify their role (each role will be explained below), and finally, you can limit the permissions (explained at the end of the article).
User Roles
1. Operator
Role Overview: Operators are daily users with specific operational tasks.
Permissions:
- Manage bookings for assigned buildings.
- Update booking statuses.
- Access and update daily operations.
2. Read-Only User
Role Overview: Read-Only Users can view but not edit account information.
Permissions:
- View bookings, reports, and account details.
- Cannot make changes or modifications.
3. Account Owner
Role Overview: Account Owners have administrative privileges.
Permissions:
- Full access to all features and settings.
- Manage users, billing, and account details.
4. Jurny Helpdesk
Role Overview: Jurny Helpdesk users can respond to messages and provide support.
Permissions:
- Access and respond to customer messages.
- Limited to communication-related tasks.
Limit permissions
The case where you need to give a higher role to someone but you want to limit some information can exist. That's why Jurny implemented this feature.
By using this feature, you can grant specific permissions to the user.
Click on each one of the features that you want to give this user access. Please, be advised that this user won't be able to see the rest of the information.
You can update the permissions at any time from the same Users tab!
Updating user's permissions
Now that you have the additional users created, you can edit everything but the email. Go to Settings - Users. From there, click one of the created users.
You can edit the information that appears on the previous image by clicking on the Edit text on each row.
