Why Enable Notifications?
Keeping notifications enabled ensures you never miss critical updates. Whether it’s a new reservation, a failed payment, an updated access code, or an important guest message, real-time alerts help you stay on top of your operations effortlessly.
How to Enable Notifications
1. Log in to your Jurny account and go to the Setup section.
2. Click on Users and select yourself or another user.
3. Locate the Notifications section and enable the relevant options, as shown below.
⚠️ Important Reminder
If you want to receive notifications on the Jurny Host App on your phone, you must first enable notifications through your desktop user account.
