Upsell Trigger Conditions

The full list of Trigger Conditions can be used within the AI-powered Upsells configuration. 

  • Number of guests: Verify the number of guests in the reservation. This can be equal to, less than, more than, more than or equal to, less than or equal to, or not matching the specified number.
  • Number of children: Verify the number of children in the reservation. This can be equal to, less than, more than, more than or equal to, less than or equal to, or not matching the specified number.
  • Number of adults: Verify the number of adults in the reservation. This can be equal to, less than, more than, more than or equal to, less than or equal to, or not matching the specified number.
  • Number of infants: Verify the number of infants in the reservation. This can be equal to, less than, more than, more than or equal to, less than or equal to, or not matching the specified number.
  • There are pets: Check if the reservation includes pets. This can be either true or false.
  • There are infants: Check if the reservation includes infants. This can be either true or false.
  • There are children: Check if the reservation includes children. This can be either true or false.
  • Reservation includes specific dates: Verify if the reservation includes specific dates (e.g., "If the reservation includes Christmas").
  • Days after check-in: Check if the current date equals the check-in date plus a specified number of days.
  • Days before check-in: Check if the current date equals the check-in date minus a specified number of days.
  • Days before check-out: Check if the current date equals the check-out date minus a specified number of days.
  • Days after check-out: Check if the current date equals the check-out date plus a specified number of days.
  • Number of nights: Verify the number of nights in the reservation. This can be equal to, less than, more than, more than or equal to, less than or equal to, or not matching the specified number.
  • Date ranges: Check if at least one night of the reservation falls within the specified date range.
  • Check-in on a weekday: Verify if the check-in date falls on a specified weekday (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, etc.).
  • Check-out on a weekday: Verify if the check-out date falls on a specified weekday (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, etc.).
  • Reservation includes a weekday: Verify if at least one night of the reservation falls on a specified weekday (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, etc.).
